The TLP program is located in a renovated factory site on Pliny Street. There are 19 apartments on this site with between one and four bedrooms. Women and their children can stay in these apartments for up to two years. Services include a life skills programs, education, empowerment and support groups.  Case managers also assist families with employment, seeking day care and financial assistance and social
